Ms. Şevval provided great support, even with tourist destinations, she helped us a lot. I found the location fantastic with easy access to major attractions. I saw that the hotel was clean overall. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, especially Melisa, who assisted with city information.
I notice the rooms were a little dark, but it was not too bad.

i thought ms. şevval provided great support . she was helpful with tourist destinations. she is doing her job well. the hotel was clean and the location was fantastic. it had easy access to metro stations and famous destinations.
the tv in rooms is old and not a smart tv. there are no arabic channels with problem for my kids.

The staff was lovely. Zeynap and Yilmaz were super helpful. Dogukan greeted me by the door and helped me with my luggage. He gave me a map and showed me good places nearby. He offered my family drinks in the lobby.
